Led by Grace Smith, BSN, RN, a highly experienced registered nurse with more than 18 years of progressive nursing experience, Abba Care4Health combines professional clinical expertise with heartfelt compassion. Our team is committed to ensuring every resident receives attentive care tailored to their unique needs, routines, and preferences.
Leadership & Experience
Dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse with over 18 years of progressive nursing experience, advancing from LPN to RN and earning a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from University of Texas at Arlington. Extensive clinical background spanning acute hospital settings, long-term care facilities, pediatric care, and specialized dementia and Alzheimer’s units.
Brings more than 10 years of hands-on experience providing comprehensive care to patients with dementia and Alzheimer’s disease, demonstrating patience, empathy, and strong clinical judgment. Highly skilled in direct patient care, care planning, medication administration, interdisciplinary collaboration, and family education.
Recognized for delivering compassionate, patient-centered care with a strong commitment to preserving dignity and enhancing quality of life, particularly among the elderly population. Known for building trusting relationships with patients and families while maintaining high standards of safety and professionalism.
